what do you want to plot? You may extract the ASCII data from *.SpectralOut files. These text data can be visualized in ParaView.

many thanks for your interest in DAMASK. We will try to fix the documentation on damask2.mpie.de, but in general I recommend to use v3.0. It is much easier to use, especially if you have basic knowledge in python.

Hi, do you know how to draw the pole figure and inverse pole figure from the result calculated by damask3.0 (i.e. HDF5 file)

I don't know whether Damask post processing can plot Pole figure or IPF directly but you can export the quaternions and plot these using MTEX. MTEX will need matlab license.
