For Business Intelligence, many statistical measures or data mining tools are applied. Now consider big data relevant to any particular business and apply suitable statistical measures or data mining tools , then you will be able to come out with a model . With experimental results using this generated model, you can publish a paper in international journal. Best wishes !
Thanks to Sridhar, there are two ways for realizing you or our idea: One way is refine big data analytics, and another way is refine BI to organisation intelligence and marketing intelligence. These are my thinking. Your idea belongs to the first part.
