I am trying to perform a zero-dimensional metal hydride theoretical calculation for predicting the amount of hydrogen at respective points in the PCT curve, along with also understanding how the equations work in metal hydrides. CH = AP(Y/2)exp(YPVH/RT)exp(-Y H/RT)............................................... (1)
A = constant
Y = activity coefficient of hydrogen.
I would like to understand this particular equation, it looks like the hydrogen concentration is in Atomic ratio(H/M), while the unit of the equation will give us "atm". I am trying to do the hydrogen concentration and would prefer assistance in doing some calculations as well. I have also uploaded my calculations below:
