I actually started my paper writing journey recently. As I had content writing experience, so, review paper making became easy. But I want to know how I can make a research paper out of it. What essential things I should know?

Review, the name itself indicating that we are reviewing the concept which is already published , only thing we can do is , we can take the information related to the technology. So that we can use that information in writing the paper and this collection of information will lead to a new thing......
The emphasis of a review paper is interpreting the primary literature on the subject. You need to read several original research articles on the same topic and make your own conclusions about the meanings of those papers.

I agree with Rohit Bansal that writing a review might give you ideas on how to construct well a research project/paper by using the deficiencies you have identified in the other papers. I think this is potentially a very rewarding experience for you and for other readers.
Literature reviews basically gives you the idea and background knowledge of a research field. So you have to work and accumulate data in that field so that it will published as a research article. Some portion of your review can be added in the Introduction portion of your article.
