I installed new ceramic detector for Agilent QQQ-MS. If any one know the steps of proper tuning, please advice.
I tried to use default factory tuning file and other files but system fail to tune.
Do we have to adjust detector gain first?
How to proceed via Manual tuning in case of fail Autotune?

If calibrant and tune is perfect in a single shot it’ll pass. If it's not pass just try adjust and gain. It must work.
