There are a lot of ways to motivate learners. First, they have to understand the importance of the course. Second, there are funny and the same time interesting methods which may motivate learners such as games or role plays. Third, the teaching of the course should satisfy all kind of learners; for example, there are learners who prefer watching the lesson through the projector, so a projector should used Or there are learners who prefer listening to the lesson, so oral lesson should be taught. Four, teacher should inspire learners. S/he should make learners feel more confortable or assure them that they will achieve their learning goals

Motivation is known as the inner derive to accomplish a task and to succeed. There are two motives to learn another language: integrative and instrumental. For the instrumental motive, I recommend the following: Developing Students' motivation by engaging students in activities to be the center of the teaching/ learning process instead of being passive receivers will help. Reinforcement and feedback are also valuable. Adopting different methods of teaching and integrating technology in the process will enhance students' fun and interest. Controlling time for activities and tasks in classes to avoid boredom is recommended. Relating the material students' real life situations and to fit students' needs can develop their motivation. So many other things, which you can select depending on students' age and level. could help.
