How to transform an age-structured model into a delay differential equation system?
Essentially, I am looking for introductory books and other materials to relate these subjects. Could anyone suggest me any book or material about it?
I know about ODEs, PDEs and the characteristic method. I have already started to study age-structured models and also differential equations with delay, but only as separated subjects.
