How to take the initial strain in the fatigue test (EN 12697-24) of stabilized soils (soil-cement mixtures)?

We are trying to perform fatigue tests for cement-stabilized soils and the use of initial strain according to the asphalt standard does not produce satisfactory results. Anyone dealt with a similar problem?
