As far as I know you need to use polarized light sources and adjust the polarization filter at the camera/lens to "cross-polarized" to remove reflections from the surface. that works for opaque objects. No idea if it helps in your case.

Thanks both of you for help. I do not have dome- shape illuminator but it looks interesting. The problem is that I have problem to keep proper condition in my lab. I am doing my best, plus as usual it is the case at university, problem with money. As there is much polution with light I put a shadow less tent but I think my lamps are not good for this and I have to find something better.

I tried as well a polarised filters at the camera but it works only if the light comes from one direction. In my case, I have multiple sources of lights from different directions. Then it helps in one place but stay the same in other. Maybe I will try to add polarised film...

If you have used white light then some suggestions (may be common sense)

1. Alternate light source is an obvious option ...

2.Can you modulate its intensity ?

3. You can diffuse light (using off-the-shelf diffusers) , that is to soften so glare is reduced !

4. I am not sure what aspects of the material you are looking for, you can using NIR . (reducing reflectivity) . Not to mention camera and source issues !!

Put some white clothes on the light source (or rice paper) to diffuse the light,, a black cardboard under the angle of 100-120degree so the light doesn't pass through and change the angle of shooting, so that the reflected light falls under the angle of camera lenses.

You know it is not typical taking movie. I am taking movie of passing blood through different vessel's models. They are made of silicone. And hight reflective plus I use macro to see it very close.

I use simple office lamp ( I know it is not the best option). I cannot modulate intensity etc. I will try to change bulbs somehow. I will let you know if something change. Tomorrow new try...

I have a relative experience in photographing visualized flows. Generally, images of flow are captured through a transparent window of glass or acrylic which allows optical access to the interior of the test section. The observation windows are always a source of light reflection that greatly hinder obtaining a clear image, especially when the windows are curved. The use of polarizing filters is a cheap solution, but not always effective and can solve some of the problems. Other alternatives should be considered together as different light sources tests. Diffuse illumination can help in different cases. A non-diffuse incident direct lighting can also be used, but requires patient work in the positioning of the different light sources. In some cases, using high shutter speed (1/500 s) impedes the recording of parasitic light (but need intense ilumination). Do not use the automatic photometer and even your camera's auto focus because the reflections produce many false measurements. Use your camera always in manual mode for better images in laboratory environment. The use of flash ring can be a solution, especially for macro shots. Another solution is to make the image in small parts, eliminating reflexions in every part of the image individually and then join the parts of the image through Photoshop software. In any event, a patient trial and error process becomes necessary. Good work, good luck.

Hello everybody, once again thanks for your help and answers. I think, finally I have managed to take a satisfied picture. I change the background of the model from black to white and then I put an additional light source but parallel to the back of the shadowless tent. In the picture you can see results. Almost no reflections. Just I have to clean correctly my model :)
