How to synthesize ZIF-67 with a particle size of less than 200 nm,The particles I synthesized are very large, about 400-500 nm.Is there any relevant literature you can refer to?

400 - 500 nm is considered very small for a powder. You'll need to keep material smaller in suspension in a liquid.
If you want a dry powder then you are out of luck. There are no free independent discrete particles of such a size (< 200 nm) in a powder. Google 'comminution limit' and take a look at:
