In zeolites, a Bronsted site is produced by substitution of an Al in the silicate framework. Hence, in a "perfect" (0 defect) zeolite the number of Bronsted sites is equal to the number of Al atoms. Lewis sites are defect sites (framework and/or extraframework), they are often produced during the calcination step (a step that is often required to remove the zeolite template). To get a (close to) fully Bronsted sites zeolite, this calcination step should be avoid, and using the recently developed protocoles for the synthesis of organic template-free ZSM-5 could be an option. For a pure Lewis sites zeolite, it is almost impossible. You could attempt to calcine the zeolite at high temperature (dehydroxylation of Bronsted sites can produce Lewis sites). Another option would be to replace Al by another element (eg. Sn), as framework substitution of Si by Sn leads to Lewis sites.

You could attempt to ion exchange H+ by Al3+, but the effect of this exchange leads to quite complex properties:
