Your question, as I understand it, does not refer to an increase in the yield from theoretical in the process of synthesis of nanoparticles, but to the production of silver nanoparticles in large quantities. You are confused by the low concentration of nanoparticles. Unfortunately, even for the production process, you will have to use dilute precursor solutions. Otherwise, you will not get nanoparticles. Production will require large amounts of water. It can be purified and recycled back to nanoparticle production, so choose the best synthesis method and try out in a semi-plant.

Nanoparticles of silver can also be obtained from silver nitrate solution and Lactobacilli (a benin prokaryote) as reducing agent.
