Suppose that I intend to compare the concentration (a quantitative continuous variable) of analyte X in blood, tears and urine. I was able to get all aforementioned specimens from 600 adult volunteers. A portion of the data from 10 out of 600 volunteers is shown in the attached figure.

What would be an appropriate manner to statistically assess the difference (or lack thereof) in the analyte concentration between the three sample types per adult volunteer (or, basically, a counterpart of the paired/dependent t-test for three dependent means)? I think that ANOVA is out of the consideration since the scenario violates the independence requirement. What I am thinking of are multiple paired t-tests (blood versus tears, tears versus urine, and blood versus urine), but it is more likely than not that these will be inappropriate.

Thank you!
