It seems that your problem shows unrealistic deformation.
Check material properties, boundary conditions and loading definition and amplitudes. Especially all parameters units.
If all are correct, your material property is not complete. It should contain properties that allow this deformation.
For example, if the material contains plastic deformation you should add damage to the material properties.

Change your meshing. The Jacobian at one node is negative that's why this error arised. Changing mesh size and mesh type may be helpful.
