Hi everyone,
I am having problem when I try to run Abaqus simulation interacted with UMAT.
On Abaqus .inp file, I firstly enter an amount of space in memory for internal state valiables (ISV).
When I enter 9000 for example, Abaqus exit with errors, and following message shows up on .msg file.
ERROR: Abaqus/Standard has exited because there is insufficient memory available. A limit of 13052.80 megabytes was specified using the memory parameter. The physical memory available on the machine in use is 16316.00 megabytes. The user may need to run this analysis on a machine with more physical memory.
Then, when I enter 8000 on .inp file as memory space for ISV, error messages show up on .log file as shown in attached image.
I am using Abaqus 2017, Intel Fortran Compiler 17.0, Visual Studio 2013.
Does anyone know how I should solve this problem?

Your problem is , Ram deficiency in your laptop or Pc. You have 2 major way to solve this problem:
1- make your problem easier by using less elements or decrease elements order or reduce your problem size.
2- Use super computer.

I also guess that I need to use supercomputer, but I cannot find reasons of below error messages which shows up in .log file as shown in the attached image when I alocate 8000 as memory space for ISV.
> OS ERROR CODE: 126: The specified module could not be found
> Error: standard.exe / rank 0 / thread 0 encounted an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in ntdll.dll (code 3221225477) (code 126)
> standard.exe ???
> Abaqus Error: The executable standard.exe aborted with system error code 1073741819.
These are the systemic error. I guess this error will be solved by using supercomputer.

Eventually, I could solve the problem by using supercomputer.
I am experiencing very similar problem but I have the error when using the pre processor, instead standard.exe I have pre.exe. Does someone have some experience in this?

I do share Daniele Barbera's experiences. Unrelated to any input file said error is displayed whenever I try to run Abaqus 6.14-2 CAE on my machine. Can anyone provide any insight here? It is much appreciated.
Interestingly enough, my first encounter of this problem coincided with an NX 10.0 c0000005 startup error. I hope they're related and the latter's solution is applicable to Abaqus, too. I will keep you posted.

In my case it was connected with geometry problem. Trying to solve the VCCT-composite problem I recieved the same message. I fixed the problem only after complete rebuilding of part's geometry .
You gotta be careful! It might be a mechanical modeling problem!
Guys that was my bad!
There was a problem about using my UMAT! I was using it to solve a 2D problem instead of 3D problem!
