There is potentially good news when it comes to your paper and unfortunately quite some bad news when it comes to the publisher behind the journal IJRITCC. The bad news is that the publisher behind the journal “Auricles (Global Society of Education and Research)” is a publisher with a dubious reputation:
-A journal published by this publisher is extensively discussed here https://www.researchgate.net/post/Do_you_know_any_Editor_name_or_mail_contact_for_the_Mathematical_Statistician_and_Engineering_Association_J and as mentioned in my reply the Scilit site links the “publisher” “Auricle Technologies, Pvt., Ltd.” https://www.scilit.net/publishers/5394 to numerous journals with “issues” and those indicated with *** are already identified as titles that have been hijacked (https://retractionwatch.com/the-retraction-watch-hijacked-journal-checker/ ):
-Turkish Journal of Computer and Mathematics Education (turcomat)***
-Psychology and Education***
-International Journal on Recent and Innovation Trends in Computing and Communication
-International Journal of Communication Networks and Information Security (ijcnis)
-Converter***
-Information Technology in Industry
-Forest Chemicals Review
-Mathematical Statistician and Engineering Applications
-International Journal of New Practices in Management and Engineering
-Design Engineering***
-Pollution Engineering
-Journal of Advanced Zoology
-International Journal on Future Revolution in Computer Science & Communication Engineering
-International Journal on Recent Technologies in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
-International Journal on Recent Trends in Life Science & Mathematics
-International Journal of Modern Agriculture
-Psychology and Education***
-Another journal title published by them (Auricle) is suffering with Scopus indexing issues as well https://www.researchgate.net/post/All-the-papers-or-articles-published-in-Scopus-Indexed-journals-will-be-in-Scopus-Database-or-not
Satyanarayana Nimmala, et al. (2023). Crop Recommendation System Using Improved Apriori Algorithm. International Journal on Recent and Innovation Trends in Computing and Communication, 11(8), 409–415. https://doi.org/10.17762/ijritcc.v11i8.9083
-If you click on Scopus content coverage of the journal IJRITCC at their Scopus link (https://www.scopus.com/sourceid/21101089961 ) you see why the journal is discontinued, they publish a suspicious larger number of papers in 2022 and even more in 2023 compared to the years before their Scopus indexing
Based on this I am afraid that this publisher does not operate according to proper scientific publishing standards and most likely will not do much with the complaint.
However, there might be potentially good news since if you look at the list of discontinued titles and go to the last few columns where Scopus indicate the details about the final coverage (see enclosed file) then the Scopus coverage will include everything up to volume(issue) 11(9s). Since yours is published in volume 11 issue 8 you might have some hope that your paper will be indexed
