How to solve Pheix.refine promoted error entitledn "number of groups of duplicate atom labels error"?

Hi,

While trying to solve protein structure with Phase MR i get LLG and TFZ scores as 8561 and 88.4 respectively. This was when followed by Phenix.refine with default parameters i get an error entitled "number of groups of duplicate atom labels error". Please let me know how solve it? I don't if following information is useful here but in experimental data as per xtriage there is no twinning or NCS.
