How to solve Excessive incremental rotation of the elements?

Hi all, I am running an elevated water tank simulation.

The job automatically stopped due to the error below :

Excessive incremental rotation of the elements in element set ErrElemExcessIncrementalRotation-Step1.

There is only one element with excessive rotations

Please advice if anyone has idea how to solve this point.
