How to solve CLUE-S model error "error in file sc1gr0.fil"?

I don't know where the problem is since I have checked the format of thoes files. I wish somebody can help me with this problem. Thanks!

It looks like you need to check ncols, nrows, grid size, and coordinates for all parameters and the initial land use data (cov_all.0). They all have to be the same value. that might be the problem.
