Problem solved, it is quite simple. In option "Preset Comments Configuration"> New event>Event configuration there is an option "Digital bit" (byte also) where digital input from e.g. Psychopy can be set. Preset configuration in PP is working without any bigger changes, check only the "COM" port number.
