how to set domains for following vortex option of WRF?

I use the resolution of 12 km for the first domain and 4m for the second domain. I used only two domain one as parrent and the other as the nest.

I dont know how to define the second domain properties in wps and wrf namelists. should the last domain (for mine is 4 km resolution) cover the whole track of TC?

please help in this regard.
