I want to separate the r and s isomers of the tetrahydrofuroic acid by normal phase chromatography.i have taken many trials on many columns such as chiralpakADH CHIRALCEL OJ-H many chiralpak immobilised columns such as chiralpakIB; IC;IA;IE and also chiralpak ADRH but I m not getting the chital separation of the two isomers.I m getting only a single peak .my mobile phase is nhex:Ethanol(95:5) .kindly suggest any other columns and mobile phase in order to get the chiral separation of both the isomers.below I have attached the structure of my compound
dear sir, i want to separate these two isomers by hplc only, although now i am getting two peaks in m shaped in a normal phase chromatography by using CHIRALPAK AD-3 column and my mobile phase is nhexane:etoh::90:10 + 1 ml TFA. Now my task is to separate these two peaks.Kindly suggest some ideas to separate these two peaks@Noel W Davies
