Thank you for your response. The research you provided is all about Molecular Biology based technique which could be future plan to eliminate Polyunsaturated fatty acids.
But I am looking for commercial-scale separation/purification of Erucic Acid from the mixture of fatty acids.
What are the current methodologies that industries are practicing to get 90% pure Erucic acid?
