We are working on optimization of enzymes from bacteria. So I need to design a model with the parameters of pH, temperature, substrate concentration and fermentation time. Kindly help me with an appropriate design for the above parameters.

You need to install the DESIGN EDPERT Software 9 in your system. Try to select min and max ranges for your variables. When you will enter the values, software will generate 30 runs. You have to perform the experiments. give your response and see the predicted response. By validating your results you can find the optimised conditions for your enzyme
