Even though I see so many bands are showing the difference, I want to select only few bands with highest accuracy. Say five best band out of 140 band that give the best classification accuracy. How to say which five bands are best ones?

Then you can do I thing

Let say you want five bands

Then take 3 bands with maximum variance and 2 bands with median values.

This will help as it will take into consideration

1.every focal point of injury.

2. Median values will help to focus on inured tissues more.

But before doing so make sure to eliminate background effects with help of a tool.
