In analysis for association mapping I have used mutliple methods like MLM, CMLM, FarmCPU. Farm CPU yielded most of the markers fitting the expected distribution of p-values with a

few markers exhibiting high significance (higher significance than other methods). But results of FarmCPU do not have R quare value. which method shall I use ?
