This is an important question. I advise you to deepen your knowledge first on both private and public Blockchain networks. Hyperledger Fabric is an example of a private Blockchain network which can be customized. Ethereum is an example of a public Blockchain network which can be used for business purposes (not mainly to exchange cryptocurrency). In theory, these two platforms can work together so many industries like the healthcare industry can benefit from Blockchain.
