During compilation it generate warning messages that causes compilation to fail at the position indicated below.

Dr. Abdel Rahim has given an apt reply. However, in my experience, sometime if a mainframe computer vibrates, results may be slightly or grossly different at each run, if degree of vibration vary.

I sent a message to all of Dr Simon A. Holmes and Nikolaos K. Pavli (authors) But did not respond to it

i run the program again and found that (error messages from compilation)

the file   Dg010.bin = the same ( Dg01.C_sph.sim.2-2190.5m.PT_7)

where the program  is used in the conversion binary file to Text file

I run a program harmonic_synth_v02

This program is one of its products UNFORMATTED OUTPUT FILES (binary files)

And the program readgrid read these files

I test these programs and found it difficult to run ... so I decided to written the problem on ResearchGate

Finally

I sent a Message to Dr Josef Sebera about This problem

And he sent me a modified version of harmonic_synth_v02 that export results to ASCII. The modification is between lines 677 and 992
