Dear all,
Please how can we run seasonal trajectories (e.g. backward) of several years using the GUI of HYSPLIT model? In which option of GUI where we can combine several months (in order to create seasons: DJF, MAM, JJA and SON)

As far as I know, instead of using GUI, you can use the SplitR and opentraj packages in R for running numerous simulations. https://github.com/rich-iannone/SplitR/SplitR

Unfortunately I'm not familiar to run air particles trajectories using that software, that's why I want to use HYSPLIT model.

SplitR is just a package for preparing input data and for HYSPLIT model and automatically run many simulations. SplitR is not a trajectory model. HYSPLIT model can only be run in batch mode if you want to run numerous simulations. GUI can run only one simulation at a time. Hopefully, you can understand what I say.

Dear Richard Artz,
I really appreciate your kind help. I have asked again the forum for help today, where I mentioned that after putting NCEP data of 3 months (March-April-May) in the trajectory setup in order to run MAM season backward trajectory, I keep getting the trajectory of May not for the 3 months together (MAM). I order words it seems that by combining many months the output trajectory is only for the last month.
