My Quantachrome's model is Autosorb-1, diffrent from yours. However, I think both models have a function to retrieve the pore size distribution:

I don't know how to do with your Nova 1200e model, following is what I do with Autosorb-1 model to get this data:
1. After BET measurement, I have results contained in a .raw file
2. Open the .raw file, I can plot BET, isotherms and other kinds of graph (using Graphical Plot option)
3. Sometimes the software just let me plot some graph, if I want to plot more graphs (like pore size distribution), I need to enable the function to plot these graphs, using Edit Report Selection.
4. In the Edit Report Selection dialog, I select some new graphs from availabe column and add them to selected column.
5. Afterwards, I can plot new graphs including pore size distribution. There are many methods to calculate pore size distribution (DA method, SF method, HK method...)
6. By doing the similar way, just use Tabular Data option instead of Graphical plot option, I can get the data for my graph, so that I can draw my own graph using Excel or other drawing-chart-tool later.
