I am converting chk to Fchk but i am getting a warning message like this

how to resolve that issue
The same happened to me when I used G16 for the calculation producing the chk file and I tried to convert it with the formchk utility of the "old" G09 package... is it the same also in your case?
If one uses g09/formchk to treat G16/chk_point files usually he/she should such warning messages.
On the other hand, G16/formchk does not return such messages. However, G16/formchk creates unnaturally large fchk files (at least in my case). Just to give you an idea: g09/formchk generates a 33 MB fchk file when applied to a 1.6GB chk file generated with G16. In striking contrast, G16/formchk applied to the same chk file generates fchk files of about 2.5GB!!.
