My compound is soluble in Water/acids/bases. if i use rota evaporate to remove Triethylamine my compound gets polymerization anyone suggest me how to remove Triethylamine without work up

I think you should try ether to separate the mixture of your compound and triethylamine. Because if the compound is soluble in water, it also soluble in ether but triethylamine do not soluble in ether. So, you can separate easily.
if your compound is insoluble in DCM, I think this solvent can separate TEA from your compound.
If your compound is soluble on water you can TRy lyophilization to remove triethylamine that is water soluble.
Your compound soluble in water because it's salt, you can treated it with acidified water (cold water).

I have acidify using 1M HCl,(cold), No change in reaction mixture
to remove Triethylamine without workup acidify ether solution with HCl when Triethyl amine separates out as a solid. Filter it to separate crystalline hydrochloride product on buckner funnel.
