How to remove noises of in vitro LFP recording?

Hi every body

I'm interested in recording local field potential from the hippocampal slice in vitro. Every measures to removing noise like grounding and electrode placement were done in proper way and I had not any noise in the rig. Suddenly, today I've had lots of noise in my rig. Does any one have an idea how to overcome the noise?
