How to recover gold & rare earth metals in a pilot scale from e-waste?

I wish to recover Gold, Platinum, Gallium etc from LED, and E-wastes on a Pilot Scale. If any expert ideas or resource recovery technologies which support Circular Economy, please help me in this regard.
