I am interested to quantify threats to the survival of species at landscape level. But, I am unable to figure out the exact methods. On literature most of them just list the threats. I humbly request to suggest a methods to quantify threats that shows ecological relevance.
This is an interesting question. Most cases, researchers talk about threats without quantifying it. The attached three documents might help you -
