I have been working on InHard Dataset, human action recognition for human robot collaboration. I use different machine learning algorithms on the dataset for segmented action recognition but the results I got is very poor. How can I publish results? There is no work on validity of dataset, just a single paper is published on the dataset description. Can anyone please guide me? Or please share any paper that did similar work (Poor results).
If there is an intrinsic limitation on the current algorithms for facial recognition, that is, of course, interesting and could merit publication, if it isn"t, already known. If the limitation is just due to something more ``trivial'', e.g. not enough computer time, not enough computer memory, inefficient coding, these don't deserve publication.
A research outcome may have different dimensions. It can be either positive, negative, or both.
What matters most is the contribution of the research.
If the outcomes of your research make a significant contribution to the relevant domain, then whatever the result is, it can be publishable.
