Yes you can estimate glucose in follicular fliud using the glucose oxidase method look at this article: Clin Chem. 1975 Nov;21(12):1754-60. Evaluation of Trinder's glucose oxidase method for measuring glucose in serum and urine. Lott JA, Turner K.

For cholesterol look at this: Reprod Fertil Dev. 2014;26(6):866-74. doi: 10.1071/RD13102.
