I use spray drying to granulate varistor material powder, and I encountered the problem of the material drying out on the surface of the spray wheel, which leads to clogging and stopping the process.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem, what are the solutions?

Spraying higher solids works well with a swirl chamber design. This design has a single intake and maximum free circulation to lessen clogging.
Or use a tiny brush to clean the nozzle holes, then rinse with clean water and reconnect.
