When kept in CA with 2% oxygen and 0.5% co2, Golden delicious apples lost firmness by 5pounds from 18psi, and starch index increased by 1.5 from 1.5(on 5scale), TSS increased by 3 from 9 in only 3months. How to keep best firm Ness of atleast 16psi?
