How to prepare Series Matrix File(s) for a classification task?

Hello guys,

I'm a PHD student in applied mathematics, i'm using deep learning algorithms for cancer prediction based on SNPs. I have downloaded series matrix files of different microarray datasets (GSE4398 andGSE13117 etc.) from GEO, but don't know how to prepare these datasets for a classification task. Someone can help me please?
