Dear research community, could you please share your expertise how to dissolve PM6:Y6 [1:1.2] in chloroform (stirring temperatur, duration, concentration, when to add additive chloronaphthalene) and how to spin coat the solution (rpm, annealing temperature and duration)? I am using described in papers recipes: 16 mg/mL total concentration in chloroform, with stirring at room temperature for 3 hours with 0.5% v/v chloronaphthalene additive (added together with chloroform and 30 min prior to spin coating). Spin coating at 3000 rpm and annealing at 90 C for 10 min. ETL is PDINO, PNDIT-F3N-Br, PFN-Br with Au of Ag electrode. The FF values never exceed 60% (usually 40-50%). Although, Jsc and Voc values are decent: 25 mA/cm2 and 0.84 V, respectively. I suspect poor morphology of the active layer which hinders the charge transport and reduces FF.
