I am using MATLAB to plot these kinds of curves. You can follow these simple steps.
1) Add the data to plot curve for ECC
2) Use plot(freq, ECC);
3) Use hold on;
4) Add the data to plot curve for DG
5) Use plot(freq, DG);
This will give you both the curves in the same graph. I hope this helps you.

In general (hold on) make MATLAB figure open access hold off making it receive a new plot and removing the old ones.
Find below steps to plot in Origin:
1. In workbook, give frequency readings under A(X), ECC under B(Y) and DG under C(Y)
2. Select All, go to Plot Tab, in multi-Panel/Axis, select "Double-Y".
3. Required graph will be plotted, you can then scale the axis as per your requirement.
1. In excel workbook you can select the freq, ECC and DG and go to insert (scatter XY) and insert scatter with smooth lines.
2. Once you have the graph, right click on the parameter u want on the secondary axis, than select format data series and select secondary axis.
