I am trying to plot a logarithmic scale in a scatter plot in graphpad. I read the instruction in Graphpad user guide under "how to:create a log axis". they said to do it via format axis. but when I clicked it, it did not show any option to go to log axis.

The button "Scale" beside the "gaps and direction" button cannot be changed. it is only point for linear scale. I also try by changing the zero point into 0.001, but still doesn't work.

Anyone know how to deal with it?

PS: my data was plot in XY axis mode with 6n Y replicates value in side-by side subcolumns
