I am trying to plot a 3D pattern from measured data of antenna in the MATLAB, for this, I have many files for one GHz frequency at different theta(e.g theta 90,80,70, etc). My question is how to combine these files to make one file and then draw in Matlab .?

I can give you a conceptual answer which can guide to make the three dimensional drawing.
The idea is that you have to group the data in three numbers representing the three coordinates x,y,z. So the file will be x1y1z1, x1y2z2, .............., xiyizi, ...... xnynzn. So one of the forms is to represent x in a matrix nx1, y also in a similar matrix with the same size and z is a a similar matrix with the same size.
