They called "Initial" and "Final E" and you can select reference or Eoc for measuring voltage.

Sir i have optimized all conditions for charging-discharging analysis and found plot (attached) showing single data point for every cycle using ganry 1000 E interface. I am unable to get original charging-discharging curve as found in literature corresponding to several cycles. Can you please help me to explore this plot? it will be helpful for me to grow in the field of scientific research.

This I do not know. There must be some function in the menu to select how to plot data. Or you can export them as text and then you can plot them as you want. Unfortunately, it is possible that there is no more points ..
