How to peel off BCB (benzocyclobutene) film from Silica wafer before and after curing for analysis?

I want to study the effect of curing temperature and time on BCB and for that, I need to peel off the BCB film after curing and characterize them. Therefore, I am looking for methods to peel of BCB film from the substrate (silica wafer).
