It is impossible, as far as I know, as the versions are not compatible with each other. Maybe you find the version you need on the Perseus Website, they often store older versions for exact this purposes.

Hey, I know that Cox et al. wanted to implement a feature for backward compatibility, but I am not sure whether the newer Perseus versions allow this yet. The version you were asking for does not have this feature, but I found the Perseus version you were searching for on my computer. Good luck!
