I am interested to use the Internet Addiction Test by Dr. Young in my research thesis. I have contacted the Centre of Internet Addiction via email multiple times to get permission but not got any response. Kindly guide.

You do not need permission, but to only correctly cite the test in your article. If it's on the internet, it is intellectual commons and free for all to use :)
