This really depends on what is in your jar (is there a water phase?) and/or what you need this mixture for. If you want just to get this mixture to work with it, I suggest to use a gas bag instead of a jar. In an (empty) gas bag, you can add all gases individually by volume (using a large syringe - but be careful with the pressure so that the mixture is correct). This gas can later be used from the bag. Bags can be prepared from different materials, depending on the duration of storage. Using cable feed-throughs you can add tubings and valves to fill and empty the bags.
If you need to to this in a jar, a measurement device to measure pressure in the jar is essential so that you can use a syringe to fill the respective gases.
Klaus-Holger Knorr Dear Professor thanks for your reply . I need this mixture in anaerobic jar to incubate agar plates for methanotroph growth. Pressure gauge is already attached to the jar I am using. If you have any reference paper mentioning how I can use pressure to fill the jar with required gas concentration.
