I am trying to print electrodes using PET Melenex and carbon screen ink. I've tried two methods:

1. Using sticker stencils and scraping the ink off

2. Burning a stencil in a 300 mesh screen using photo emulsion.

The first method is difficult when adding the reference electrode with Ag ink. But with the second method, the lines are very blurred.

Does anyone have experience with this or have suggestions on what might produce more consistent electrodes?
